Medicare Drug Benefit Facts and Costs
Does Medicaid really work for you? Take a look at the facts below and decide for yourself.
Private Insurance Considerations:
* Monthly Premiums and Drug Cost can change at any time with 60 day notice; you are still locked in for the full term of your contact.
* Drug Coverage - not all drugs are covered - doubly important for couples.
* Drug Exclusion - some drugs are excluded from the program - it’s up to you to check.
* Generic Substitution - some plans automatically substitute generics, giving you no choice.
* Required Pharmacy - You have to shop where they tell you.
* Limited Supply - Some plans only allow you to order a 30 day supply.
* Whether you reach the $5,100 catastrophic spending level - if you do, the Medicare program might be the right for you. But, you’ll still spend about $3,500 out of pocket before you qualify.
Estimated Yearly Cost (varies by plan)
Premiums: $444 ($37 estimated per month)
Deductible: $250 every year (for the first $250 of prescriptions - you pay it all)
Copay: After you spend the $250 deductible, you pay $500 out of the next $2000, for a total of $1194 out of your pocket ($444 + $250 + $500) for the first $2250 of prescriptions
Next $2850: Full cost of all prescription drugs between $2,250 to $5,100. A $2,850 coverage gap out of your pocket
$5100 +: 5% Co-insurance
Look at ALL COSTS to see if the Medicare prescription program saves you money.

>>A Syracuse cop has returned to work, even though she still faces felony charges.
According to the Post Standard, Jocelyn Allbright was reinstated last month after being put on administrative leave in late August.
Allbright is accused of forging a prescription for Vicodin painkillers.
Syracuse police officials have not commented on her reinstatement.
Allbright is an 11-year veteran of the police department. Her case is pending in Hastings Town Court.
Why don’t they just skip court, she’s working again anyways. They should treat LEGIT PAINPATIENTS this way. I don’t know Allbright and what function she fulfills at the police department but how much pain do you think she was in for real when she forged that prescription?

The price for a consultation depends on the medication you will be requesting and from what website, doctor, and pharmacy you decide to order. For non-controlled substances there is usually no fee for the consultation and you only need to fill out a few questions on line, the doctor will then review your answers and forward your script to a pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to your home or office usually overnight per FedEx, UPS or other private couriers. Phone consultations can vary from $40 to $240 but the average price we have been able to negotiate is $100 ($10 to $50 discount after using our member discount codes), the sites we offer discounts for are generally the best of the best in their industry based on subscriber opinions and anonymous test orders. We do not negotiate with expensive bogus sites. Normally you will be refunded if the medication that you request is not prescribed for whatever reason and approval rates are around 98% at most places meaning on average only 2 out of 100 people are declined.
If you contemplate doing business with one of the pharmacies please respect the laws in your jurisdiction. In order to legally obtain your meds you will need to have some medical records available that indicate your condition as you will be dealing with real doctors (just much more sympathetic towards chronic pain and anxiety patients than you have likely ever experienced). You should also not order from more then one doctor at the same time as that is considered ‘doctor shopping). If you do not have medical records you can read in our members forum how you can obtain them or what alternative routes you can follow to meet eligibility requirements. Since many countries and states have changed their laws due to excessive negative media you should check the laws and regulations before placing an orders.
Our goal is to provide our subscribers with the most extensive information on the exploding international pharmaceutical market on the Internet; this concerns information regarding ALL type of pharmacy related websites, including those that may not comply with laws and regulations in many countries so please note that our site is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not want you to order a bag of Oxycodone or Morphine from foreign pharmacy websites. It is completely your responsibility to use our information in a proper and responsible way. We offer discussions, evaluations, discounts and more to our subscribers but we do not provide medical or legal advice. We do not support or encourage illegal activity or the sales of any specific medication even though it may be for sale at one of the websites.
Because we are unable to control management, inventory & sales of third party websites we do not take responsibility for either direct or indirect damages if you contemplate doing business with these websites, we can only provide you with the information we have and the rest is your responsibility. Even though the health care system in many countries may be corrupt and unfair if you look at the market, approval and restrictions put on drug sales by FDA laws are not made to be broken but to be changed by joining together in groups and protesting. We ask you to use our information responsibly and not use it in ways that do not comply with local or federal guidelines as you may put yourself at risk. I hope this answered all your questions

Can you really Buy Zolpiclone Legally from Internet Pharmacies?!
If you are looking to buy without prior prescription it really depends on where you live. Please note that we do not provide medical or legal advise and laws regarding sales and importation of prescription medication are different in each country and/or state. I did a quick search and in the US Zopiclone seems to be listed as a CIV controlled substance, I am not sure how laws are in England and other countries. Although it is possible to buy Zopiclone from Internet pharmacies that we have listed within our site you will need to check if this is legal in your country before you order. On line pharmacies usually ship either way. Our website is created to educate, inform and discuss the exploding global pharmaceutical market growth on the Internet due to the big difference in prices around the world. We encourage patients to discover select pharmacies that offer low prices but we do not promote or agree with illegal activities. Due to the media focusing on on line medication sales, phone consultations and Internet pharmacies, laws have drastically changed in the USA. The market for Zopiclone is extremely small so prices are higher than for similar hypnotics. This also translates in a limited amount of pharmacies that carry this medication and although in some countries over-the-counter sales are allowed it may not be legal to import this drug in your country. The pharmacological profile of zopiclone is similar to that of the benzodiazepines and addiction-prone individuals such as drug addicts and alcoholics should be under careful surveillance because of the predisposition of such patients to habituation and dependence.
Warm Regards,
Teresita

An estimated one in five Americans suffers from chronic pain and many of these people depend on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) to help manage their pain because their doctor does not approve of or prescribe narcotic pain medications. NSAIDs include both over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription medications like aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen. While these medications are effective in helping to relieve pain, continuous use may increase the risk of stomach ulcers. According to the American College of Gastroenterology, NSAID use is the second major cause of stomach ulcers. In the US, it is estimated that gastrointestinal complications caused by NSAIDs result in more than 100,000 hospitalizations and 16,500 deaths annually.
Although narcotics can be addictive they do not cause as many deaths and hospitalizations when used as prescribed, for chronic pain patients that are prescribed or recommended high amounts of NSAID’s controlled substances such as Norco or Oxycontin are often much more effective. In addition do many narcotics also have a positive effect on depression which is often accompanied by chronic pain. Clinical trials show that narcotic medications generally score much better results as SSRI’s such as Prozac, Celexa and other commercial medication. Unfortunately physicians will not prescribe narcotics solely for depression but it can make a huge difference for chronic pain patients who are unable to function and enjoy life.
Be careful if your doctor recommends long term pain management with NSAID’s, NSAID use is the second major cause of stomach ulcers and you may end up in the hospital or worse!!!

After traveling to South America last month to get surgery done at much lower price than at the local hospital I was forced to stop taking my generic Norco tablets that I had been taking for several years. While searching many pharmacies the best I could find was Codeine mixed with Acetaminophen and some anti-histamine I had never heard of; according to the pharmacist an extremely potent mix but unfortunately not strong enough to relieve my aches and pain so I ended up in a private clinic where a neurologist wrote a script for Oxycontin 40mg. Luckily this did take care of the pain although getting the script filled was not so easy. Even the hospital only had 20 pills in stock which caught me by surprise in a country where Ritalin, Valium, Xanax and other controlled substances are sold over the counter without prescription. For some reason benzodiazepines and hypnotics are tolerated for sale without prescription while pain medication was mainly limited to anti-inflamatories unles you have a prescription. They also prefer the use of old fashioned liquid Morphine Sulfate instead of Oxycontin because of the cost I guess. I still paid less for the Oxycodone than I would have paid in the U.S. even though they import the drug from the USA which would make one think the drug would become more expensive. After several days of taking Oxycontin I started craving for a cigarette for while I quit smoking several years ago. I also experienced a desire to drink wine with my dinner while I had not been drinking since I started treatment with medication for chronic pain. Although the Oxycontin was very effective against pain it had a much different effect on me than the Hydrocodone. When I returned to the United States after receiving treatment I started taking my Norco again and although it made me feel uncomfortable to stop taking the Oxycontin at first the cravings for alcohol and cigarettes I experienced while taking Oxycontin completely disappeared. Additionally it seems like the Hydrocodone calms my nerves while the Oxycontin only eased my pain and caused constipation. I found the Oxycontin also physically more addictive than the Hydrocodone as my body went through quiet an adjustment when switching back from 2×40mg Oxycontin twice per day to 1 tab of Norco 4 times daily. I have taken a variety of pain medication in the past including dilauded, morphine and methadone but for some reason the hydrocodone containing medications keep my pain and mood balanced best of all. I don’t like the idea of getting hooked to a medication and when stopping the Norco I can still function while with the other medications I mentioned serious withdrawl symptoms occured. If you have a similar experience I would love to hear from you. Additionally I used Vicodin, Lorcet, Zydone, Percocet and other meds but Norco seems to work best as I can still function while it keeps my pain under control without getting me totally hooked so I don’t feel like the end of the world is near as I experienced when I stopped taking Dilauded. Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks,
Jonna

Q) I am looking for rohypnol. How much for about 20 tablets and where do i mail payment to? Liquid form would be even better cause i have a hard time with pills, i’d rather drink a liquid
A) Our goal is to provide the most complete listing of sources on the Internet that are selling prescription medications to inform and educate regarding the availability, and to discuss the quality, service, price and other aspects. I have never seen liquid Rohypnol online but there are few pharmacies that sell 1 and 2mg tablets for up to $5 per tablet. The tablets used to be white and easily soluble in water but because the abuse by sexual predators the pills are currently colored and not soluble anymore so they can be detected in drinks or if otherwise mixed for non-medical purposes.
As mentioned before we list pharmaceutical websites to provide information regarding availability of prescription medications online, we do not provide medical or legal advise and we do not recommend or promote ordering any medications. We are not affiliated with the pharmacies and we have no control over the products or services provided by these third party websites. This means that it is is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and that you take full responsibility for your actions that may result from direct or indirect use and/or abuse of any information found within this website.
If you live in the US I strongly discourage that you buy Rohypnol. Rohypnol is illegal in the USA and although some pharmacies may ship your order anyways you may get in trouble for possession or worse, even if the medication is intended for personal use and if you can prove that you suffer a legit medical complaint such as severe insomnia that could benefit from treatment with Rohypnol. Legal alternatives for flunitrazepam (Rohypnol) available in the in the USA are Ambien, Diazepam, Midazolam, Alprazolam, Oxazepam, Bromazepam and several others. Before taking any new medications always consult with a licensed medical professional. The medications mentioned are often sold at low or affordable prices at foreign internet pharmacies or with US phone consultations.
Warm Regards,
J. Watson

Q: Is your website an Online Pharmacy?
A: No. FindRxOnline.com does not dispense or prescribe medications, nor are we a patient healthcare facility or clinic. Our goal is to inform and educate our subscribers and visitors regarding the availability of prescription medications on the internet. The Internet is the fastest growing interactive media in the world and FindRxOnline is dedicated to searching convenient, discreet, legal and affordable sources where patients can obtain prescription medications. Furthermore we document, discuss and investigate every other website related to prescriptions, health information or the sales of medication. Such sites have been gathered over the years and are often submitted by subscribers or visitors or we find them at public resources such as search engines, directories and open forums.
We strongly believe that telemedicine and other means of interactive communications such as VoiceIP with video cameras and online medical records will soon replace a large part of the current medical doctor’s visits. Especially when these concerns follow up visits like for refills. A large amount of prescription medications is already purchased online but the exact quantity is unknown. Some claim that the amount of medication ordered online exceeds more then half of the medication sold in some states.
Due to the overwhelming attention received from the media in regards to sales of medications on the internet, many regulations and new laws regarding this matter are now in effect in various states of North America. Always check if it is legal to use or order certain services or substances in your state and/or country (especially regarding requirements for prescription for controlled substances). Because all links on our website have been researched, discussed and listed in good faith we certainly do not support or condone disrespect for the law in general or in your jurisdiction. Diagnoses from physicians, the prescriptions they write, third party services, quality of products or management of business are completely out of our control. For this reason we do not assume responsibility for any products or services they provide. Damages directly or indirectly arising from doing business with a third party entities is your full responsibility regardless if the doctor, pharmacy or any other type of entity is listed on our website or not. If you contemplate doing business with a third parties listed on our website it is recommended that you do your own additional research such as checking for legality, reading feedback on the forums or otherwise. The content of FindRxOnline.com has been created with extremely good intentions and we are only able to provide facts with the purpose to inform and educate you regarding past facts and events, it is completely up to you what you do with this information and how you let this influence your future actions as a responsible adult.
Due to lots of research and negotiations we have found affordable and understanding physicians for treatment of pain, anxiety and other ailments and we located licensed physicians willing to provide medical consultations over the phone starting at only $40. After a medical consultation the physicians will call in your script to a pharmacy and the prescribed medications will be shipped to your home. Discounts on phone consultations are valid only for FindRxOnline subscribers and if you are a legit patient with a medical history a membership can save you money and pay for the subscription fee right away when consulting one of the physicians for a prescription. Usually there is no charge when a prescription is not approved.
A membership with FRX provides information, research, feedback, special offers and $10 to $50 discounts on U.S. phone consultations with Licensed and Accredited Physicians, who are separate and independent contractors. The Physician providing services has the final determination to approve or deny a request made for any medication and treatment. From observation, research and lots of feedback we conclude that if you are a patient with a documented complaint that can be safely treated, you will not find resistance obtaining the treatment you require.
All discounts and special offers passed on to subscribers of FindRxOnline.com are directly issued by a variety of consultation websites, physicians or pharmacies. These offers are not available to subscribers of free websites but it does not always mean that it is legal for you to order just because a discount is issued to our subscribers. We do attempt to only accept discounts from legal sources but due to difference in laws around the world and sometimes lack of control we can not provide guarantees.
FindRxOnline is also continuously negotiating discounts and free consultations for its subscribers. This are legit offers and winners of free medical phone consultations are notified per email or directly per phone if the winner has an established relationship with one of the participating doctors. The consults have an average value of $130 (price quote for non-subscribers) so winners only pay for the medication(s) and shipping cost. Prescriptions normally contain one initial fill with 2 or 3 refills.
You likely understand that websites for medical consults can not advertise medications, quantities or prices for medications as a promise on their website. A licensed US physician can only provide a prescription after the patient has been evaluated so promises can not be made up front. Because U.S. law requires that the physician is unrelated to the pharmacy they can not advertise the prices of the pharmacy if they play it by the rules. We do know from research, feedback and experience that the average chronic pain- and anxiety patients will receive 90 or 120 count of the most common treatments. Usually this includes Hydrocodone containing medications such as Vicodin and Lortab or benzodiazepines like Xanax and Valium. It is not unusual for these doctors to prescribe 2 or 3 different prescriptions to the same patient as most pain patients also suffer from depression and anxiety which in turn makes the pain worse or the pain aggravates the depression. If you are not happy with the doctor’s opinion you can tell him on the phone and you will not be charged unless stated otherwise in the disclaimer of the doctor/website in question.
In order to provide a complete resource area with information regarding the availability of prescription drugs on the internet you will also find foreign pharmacies that may offer pharmaceuticals or substances that are not approved for sale or illegal for import in some country. Although almost every medication is available on the internet buying certain products may be against laws and regulations where you live. FindRxOnline.com does not promote or encourage the use or purchase of any pharmaceuticals and we certainly did not create this information for abuse. FindRxOnline.com is a global resource of information to educate people in different countries who deal with different laws and products. If you are uncertain if a certain product or site is legal for you to use do not order. FindRxOnline provides this information for those who like to explore the pharmaceutical market on the internet for informational and educational purposes only; it remains the consumer’s responsibility to fully comply with all current laws and regulations that apply to him/her.

Chronic Pain is Dangerous and You Can’t Expect It to Go Away by Itself!
There is probably nothing more debilitating than chronic pain. Defined as pain lasting for six months or longer, chronic pain afflicts millions of people. There is no way to be completely sure of preventing chronic pain. It can strike at any stage of life, whether because of accident or disease. Chronic pain often long outlives its original cause, worsening over time and taking on a life of its own. Recent research has shown that chronic pain is destructive to the body. The longer chronic pain goes untreated, the worse it becomes. Chronic pain unleashes a cascade of harmful hormones, such as cortisol, that adversely affect the immune system and kidney function.
Many chronic pain sufferers wind up taking huge amounts of anti-inflammatory drugs. The NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) like ibuprofen, which put them at risk for gastrointestinal bleeding and liver dysfunction. The newer class of pharmaceutical pain relievers, the COX-2 inhibitors, while an improvement in terms of side effects, still may cause some abdominal distress. Anti-inflammatory drugs, including aspirin and Aleve, were implicated in the deaths of 16,000 people in the USA in 2000, due to bleeding ulcers and related complications, according to the Federal Drug Abuse Network.
Research is also uncovering the fact that anxiety and depression are not so much responses to pain as the consequences of it. Pain and depression share the same neural pathways, the same circuitry. Serotonin and the endorphins that modulate healthy brain functioning also modulate depression. Chronic pain uses up serotonin like a car running out of gas. Functional-imaging scans reveal similar disturbances in brain chemistry for both chronic pain and for depression. The same medications are used by allopathic physicians to treat depression and pain. Depression and stressful events can enhance pain. Chronic pain sufferers usually respond to stress with more pain.
If you are looking for a save and natural solution Eazol is the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory agent on the market and best of all…it is 100% natural and safe. Additionally, it acts as a highly effective lubricant in joints, muscles and other tissues and it comes with a money-back guarantee. Eazol is also an immune system modulator, which can be effectual against auto-immune conditions. All of these characteristics contribute to its ability to act as an analgesic by removing the source of pain (inflamed and irritated tissues) so that there is no pain impulse. If you’re serious about relieving your aches and pains make sure you try Eazol so you will feel good again. For more information on Eazol you can visit http://www.speedymd.com/natural-pain-relief/
We encourage anyone who had positive experiences with natural treatments to post their feedback here. You can find a list of a complete herbal product line that has received positive feedback at http://www.speedymd.com .
