The owner of Accumed RX Pharmacy has asked us to post the following statement.
Effective today February 15, 2007 Accumed Rx Pharmacy has decided *voluntarily* to discontinue all fulfillment of telemedicine services.
Due to the fact that this was done *voluntarily* by Accumed Rx Pharmacy all patient refills are able to be transferred to the pharmacy of the patient’s choice.
All patient’s with active refills at Accumed Rx Pharmacy will need to have the pharmacy of their choice contact Accumed Rx to have their prescription transferred.
Upon contacting your Pharmacy please give them the following information

Pharmacy fax numbers: 813-932-7805 or 813-932-7617
AccurateMD is asking that you please be patient with the staff of Accumed Rx Pharmacy during this transfer process. They will be working very hard to process all patients’ transfers in a timely manner.
Accurate MD personally thanks the entire staff at Accumed Rx Pharmacy for their exceptional customer care and willingness to assist their staff and patients with such dedication. They will be deeply missed.
