i have had both knees replaced in the last 16 months. Shoulder surgery, bi-lateral carpal tunnel, 6 knee surgeries before the replacements.
MMA ( Both jaws surgically broken and advanced forward 11mm each and wired shut for 2 months )
Those are just the major ones, there have been a few others.

Knees are still swollen and killing me, daily pain issues....suck it up and quit being a baby...
Too many years of football, powerlifting, and motorcylces and othe stupid things.
