Hi,
Has anyone seen 911 yet? Did you like it? I went a couple of weeks ago, but it was sold out. I decided to wait till things slowed down. I'd love to hear members opinions on it...

Funny i went last weekend with my family to try and see it and it was also sold out.I wanna see it too and would love to hear about it if anyone has seen it.
I did hear some people got mad about how it was written to make bush look worse then he is.I am not a big fan of bush .
The problem though with going to see this movie is wondering what the "facts" are in it,and then what are not.
If i heard correctly,this movie makes bush look like the most dishonest scheming president ever!
So after the movie,i hate to sit and wonder if what i had just seen was the actual truth,or just things made up by the writter,producer.Thats why i hate seeing movies like that.( but i still can't wait to see this one! )
I would like to know if anyone that saw the movie had any thoughts to share about it.
I think i will try this next weekend.I usualy wait till things come out on dvd to see them.I get irritated sometimes going to the movies.One thing i hate is hearing everyone munch on popcorn or when they reach into their bag of m&m's and it makes so much noise!!..lol...lol....
Better yet,the kid behind you insists on kicking your chair every few minutes.lol...i think i am getting old and grouchy..lol..

Same thing here...sold out. Michael Moore seems to me to be like the Rush Limbaugh of the extreme left wing. Therefore, I would think you have to siphon some of the BS out of this movie with the thought that you're watching a documentary produced by someone with an AGENDA.

Hey...and I can say all this with complete confidence because right now, I'm one of those ANYBODY BUT BUSH!! people.

Update on 911 movie.
We went again to try and see it but the only had 2 shows and they were tonight.I had went with the family to lunch and a movie and my brother lives about 1 hour a way so we didn't want to wait around till tonight to see 911 so we ened up seeing the new movie called the robot or something like that with will smith.It was pretty good.
Anyways,my mom was talking about the 911 movie at lunch and she had just read this mornings paper and there was an article about the movie.It talked about how the guy that wrote it was really wrong for the things he put in it.
For instance,in the 911 movie,they had bush sitting in the white house,i think in the oval office,and he was sitting there when the events actualy happened.They also made it look like when someone came in and let him know about what had just happened,he acted like he didn't care and went back to whatever he was doing.(something to that effect..)
Anyways,so they had that scene in the movie and had bush at the white house when the fact is ,was he was actualy reading a book to some kids at a school when 911 happened.That was the real truth and there is facts to back that up.
So why has this producer changed the facts around this bad to where he didn't even place bush at the school,he showed him at the whitehouse!
Now when i go see the movie,i really won't believe anything.I won't know what is true and what isn't.I really would love to see exactly what happend but when the facts are so backwards,then it's almost a waste to go see the movie.
I am not a bush fan at all,but i wish that the 1st movie that came out about 911,wasn't as untrue as this one.
The article listed about 9 things that were in this movie that were unture and then beside those 9 things listed,there was proof of them not being true.
So watch this movie with an open mind,
I still want to see it though just for the heck of it..lol

Have you guys seen the previews for the new "Exorcist" movie???? I can't even watch them. I turn the channel or if my husband has the remote, I close my eyes, put my fingers in my ears and scream until he changes it....Silly, huh? The the first movie scared the shit right out of me and I'm not kidding.

I want to see The Terminal with Tom Hanks. I love Tom Hanks. I just can't sit in a movie theater. I have to wait for the DVD to come out.

The last DVD I rented was The Blue Color Comedy Movie. All I can say is get it as soon as possible and be ready to piss your pants lol

Hey cindy!
I want to see that movie really bad.The first one gave me nighmares for years,but i love that stuff.I just hope its' not like the other movies that have sequels to them.After you see the 1st one,all the rest of them suck.
I too want to see the terminal.It's based on a true story and they paid the guy 300,00 dollars for the rights to his story.
By the way,the guy is still sitting at that airport..lol...
Most everything in the movie is true but some things are added such as him meeting a girl there.
The guy is now suing steven speilberg cause he says he didn't get enough money for the movie.The dumb thing he did was he was offered a contract for the rights for 300,00.at that point he gave his story away not thinking about the royalties that the movie would make after it came out.
Thats where the real money would have started comming in was from the profit it made.
Guess he didn't have a good lawyer to tell him that.
I usualy wait till the movies come out on dvd as well,however my parents and brother are on this roll of having all of us get togather every weeked for lunch and a movie so i have been going to see movies latley.
I really hate to sit in the theature too.There has always been one or two at least,babies that cry throughout the movie,Then what really gets on my nerves is hearing everyone make noise each time they get into their bags of candy! Then the munching on the popcorn.lol..

NO WAY, NO HOW am I EVER going to see that movie . The word itself even gives me chills And I like scary movies just not that one My husband and I never go to the movies anymore. Neither one of us can sit there that long without getting up a bunch. Hurts too bad, so we just wait until the movies come out on DVD or PPV. I do have to admit some movies are better on the big screen, though, like the Matrix movies, the hobbit movies and stuff like that. But I'd much rather lay in bed with a pillow under my legs and my homemade popcorn.

All the post I've came across today seem to be so out of date. This place hasn't become a ghost town right? Anyway about the movie thing, I just watched Troy last night. It was good, but not much of Helen in it. Also Cold Mountain and the Girl with the Pearl Earring is so so good. Just a few recommendations.

Okay,,i just had to share this with you all!
I am not sure about other states and if you all have some of the same shows that i do,but i am sure most of you can get the SCI-FI station on tv..
Anyways,,every wed's where i live on the sci-fi..They have back to back episodes starting around 6pm with all these diffrent shows on.The first one is called Proof positive...and on that one it has mostley footage or eveidence about ghosts and what they do is try to show proof that thye actualy had evidence on tape..Or they will disprove it...Then after that show comes on..They have a show called ghost hunters.On that show they have a team of guys that get called to diffrent places like peoples houses..hotels..military bases..ect..and they get called to spend the night at these places and try and get ghost footage each time..That show is really cool to watch and i know a few of the members like to watch that stuff .
Then in the line-up for that night on wed's..They have a show called SCARE TACTIC'S....
Ohhh my gosh you guys ,,you have to see this show!
What they do is they scare the shit out of people! It's soooo funny too!! It's all very well planned out and done very good.I have never seen a show like this one and if you can,,just watch one episode and you will be hooked!..
Tonight,they had a really good one on there! I have gotten a few of my friends to just watch one episode and bugged them to death till they did and once they did,they were hooked!
Anyways,,if anyone out there gets the sci-fi channel then it's on there and in my area all of these shows come on right in a row on wed's.There's about 4 of them i think.If you can't sit down for all of them then at least find out when the "SCARE TACTIC'S " comes on and watch that one.
I was laughing so hard tonight i had tears and that is so rare for me!!!!

Yea i saw that movie terminal and it was okay.
the movie was based on a true story but some of the scenes were added in.One was he never met a girl at the airport..
I can't think of any good movie's out right now but i sure would love to hear of some.I have been sick and unable to get out of bed for a couple of days and a movie sure does sound fun!

You guys and gals know how much i love scary movies and tomorrow a good one is comming out called WHITE NOISE...
It's based on a true story of a women who died in i believe 1987..
Have any of you seen the previews for it? If so,it will explain what it's about,,
I am going to see it on sunday and can't wait! I would have gone to see it tomorrow,but my friend won't get off of work till then so i gotta wait!
I love scary movies,,but most of all,the ones that are based on true stories.I have been waiting for a good one to come out and it's been years. This one looks soo scary!
The footage they have is of this guys wife that died and almost 20 years later,they have her voice recorded in 2003 several times,basicaly threatening her husband in their house...Scary shit huh!!!..lol..

Yep, saw the previews to White Noise and it does look like a great scary movie. There's another one coming out with Keanu Reeves, (think he's the devil) that looks good too.

I haven't seen anything since before Christmas and that was "Elf"..but I did like it and thought it was very cute.
