when you call their phone number it now says that its not the computer from the pharmacy, they are having pharmacy problems, and are trying to find a new one. To hang in there and they will correct the problem. If you want a refund, to email I forgot what it said. Anyway thats what I heard today.

This is the e-mail I received from them today:
Dear Apainsolution Customers
We are happy to inform all of our customers that we are now accepting requests for new consultations again. You can email your request to info@apainsolution.com or call us at 1 877 618 6096 from business hours of 11-6pm eastern standard time.
Please make sure that you have a physical in your records that is less than a year old, and that has your vitals and general health on it. You can fax any updates to 412-291-3408.
We thank everyone for their patience.
Sincerely,
Jordan

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience with A Pain Solution that is pretty much positive. When I first sent in my records, I didn't hear anything. So the next day I emailed them and within a half hour I received a call from a PA. She was very thorough in her questioning and while not over-friendly, she did order the medication I requested. Prescriptions have to be in before 2 pm EDT in order to receive next day delivery and I just missed the deadline. My RX did arrive two days after my consultation. I have since ordered a refill and I had no problems at all. One thing about this place is that they are extremely quick to answer emails you send. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service. |

| Well, I wondered how long it would be before there was a problem with this place just like the others. I have been trying to order my lasts refill for a week. I have sent them three emails without any response. I've also called them. They are not answering their phone but there is some message about everything being back on track. Could have fooled me! |

First, thank you to everyone who took the time to recommend this company. It's a lot harder to find a reliable supplier of much needed pain meds without such recommendations.
My experience with Apainsolution:
Faxed my records Saturday; consult Monday; faxed additional records same day; received meds Wednesday. Very timely service. |

I am due for a followup consult but was advised via email that they are not authorizing consults due to difficulty in obtaining meds. They are having problems with their pharmacy. I called and asked when they might be able to start taking consults again but they were not able to give an approximte date. I noticed from reading other posts, that this service has had similar problems in the past that were subsequently corrected. I can only hope they will do so again. In the meantime, I am without meds.
Anyone know of someone else I can go to? |

Hi, new to the site, but thought I would at least update this thread.
apainsolution.com would not allow me to finish registration on their website, and their e-mail is also not accepting, so I'm guessing that it's down for the count. |

Hi,
I tried doing the online questionaire registration yesterday and give these guys a try but when I submitted the questionaire I received an error message saying website didn't exist. Today as I was reading through it again it's saying to call them for 1st time consults... so maybe they're changing their ways I don't know. I will try. We need to work together and help eachother or we will just suffer in pain. After my fourth cervical fusion May of this year (this one posterior from C3 thru T2, prior 3 anterior fusions failed) I am in dire need of some kind of pain relief... I have nerve damage and the pain is indescribably unbearable and I am obsolutely sure I am not the only one suffering here. Please let's help each other. I will let you know what happens with a painsolution.
Thank you,
Alex |

Sorry to hear about the suffering you are going through. Please let us know about your experience with these guys and if they are indeed still in business? Keep you head up! _________________ Maybe it's all in my head but it certainly hurts! |
