- Foods high in saturated fatty acids: butter, bacon, butter, cream, egg yolk, lean meat, milk, coconut oil.

- Foods rich in unsaturated fatty acids: oils ( olive, of seeds), dried fruit (peanuts, almonds...), avocado.

Essential fatty acids: Linoleic (corn oils, sunflower and soya beans, beef and pork) and Linolenic (in vegetable oils).

- Foods rich in phospholipids: meat and eggs (lecithin).

- Foods rich in cholesterol: brains calf, egg yolk , pig kidney, liver of pork, beef and veal.

The unsaturated fatty acids are crucial to combat the disease of arteriosclerosis and against the aging of the skin. When subjected to fire to these oils, change their classification to oil saturated, so that its excessive consumption is harmful to health.
