Thanx for replying regarding trying to get ahold of Medlogic. Now
when I call, I get an operator saying the call can not be completed
as dialed. . . and like I said I have a charge to my credit card but
no information in my email regarding whether my script has been sent
or anything. I'm lost at what to do too. I think I'll go on tonight's
(1/9) chat room at 9:00 est.

I too have been trying to call them since last
weds. Jan 4, with no answer and no call back. I tried to call the
pharmacy to get my refill and they told me I need to go thru Med Logic.
What to do?????

I have been trying to call MedlogixRX since Jan. 4 and keep getting
a recording that they are busy with customers. I have 2 outstanding
prescriptions and did reorder online. However, I'm not sure of the
status. I'm thinking it went through because a charge was made to
my CC. I've never had any problems in the past. They've always been
so helpful and someone has always answered the phone. Anyone else
having trouble getting through to MedlogixRX? I've been a member of
FindRxOnline since last May and have been very happy. It's nice to
find a site where I can go to get meds without any hassles.[/color]

Hi Maty,
As far as I know BiWise has just decided to get out of the OP business.
They are still a regular pharmacy. They have had no trouble or anything
and are still open to the public.
As far as me...lol I will have to write you a novel. And I will, promise.

Hi Ladies,
Bi-Wise has gotten out of the OP business altogether. Nothing happened
it was just their decision.
As far as YOD not accepting new patients, I believe this is only temporary.
I think it is because they now only have one pharmacy. They probably
would not be able to keep filling orders on time if they kept accepting
new patients.
I have not heard yet if they are looking for a new pharmacy or not
but if I do, I will post it.
Also, I think Mary has some information she will be posting that she
got from YOD.

I didn't get the impression that YOD was closing.
I just thought they would service their old patients and that they
just weren't accepting "new patients" I would think if they weren't
servicing anyone they would say that they are not doing anymore consults
at all whether it be new or returning patients. Maybe they have gotten
so busy with the high volume of business that they can't service their
old and new patients. I will try and contact Libby at YOD on Monday
to see if this is the case.

Interesting info.
As you all know, I'm NOT a new patient, but I placed my refill at
Woodys a couple of days ago and it was to arrive Friday. IT DID NOT!
I paid for that and it's the first time I did not get my prescription
from them on time!
Might just be a fluke, but I found interesting it would happen now.
