This letter is very important for all customers and future customers. Do not Panic. We have everything under control. ______________________________________________________ As of today, September 30th, 2005, Western States pharmacy closed their doors and are temporarily no longer taking new orders or refilling any prescriptions. They were NOT closed down by the DEA, but by the Colorado Board of Pharmacy as state guidelines caused them to be shut down. I was told that they are fighting this by getting their lawyers involved, but I do not have any more details on this matter as far as Western States ever re-opening. We are almost done with our contract with our new pharmacy, so Burgundy Health customers should NOT worry. We are making sure you are taken care of. All refills will be transferred to our new pharmacy. I apologize if this has inconvenienced any of our customers, but it is out of our hands. Burgundy Health is NOT shut down, so their is no reason to panic. I can not speak for other ROP's though as i do not know their situation. I can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to fix this situation as soon as possible. My doc has me taking one trazadone and one Klonopin. However, still have to take a tylenol pm to make this all work. Still wake up during the night, but am able to get back to sleep. They called me to remind me of my phone consultation. Did the phone consult yesterday afternoon, and received meds this morning. This process worked quite well. Good experience overall! She emailed them 3x with no respone. Then she noticed that they will only accept COD as payment for your meds. COD?? She is going to go with another OP as COD is just a total pain in the butt if you work full time..... Hi there: Yes, do to state laws, we can not ship to Missouri. Our doctor has to be licensed in your state to be able to legally prescribe meds to residents of that state. This could change in the future, but for now it is on our 'do not ship' list. Sorry

Hi there: I am the senior vice president, 2nd in control. Yes, i was happy to see we were compared to YOD as well as they are reputable too  . You do have to fill out a lot of forms, but that is online. We have a completely different set up then they do. Always here if you need assistance. Take care.
