When should I expect to recieve them? Author: moffjo Posted: Wed Sep 14, 2005 1:59 pm (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 20 Did they send you a tracking # to follow it while it was shipped? Author: lisaonthelakeshore Subject: Finding Librium Posted: Wed Sep 14, 2005 9:57 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 2 Thanks for your reply Solara. Unfortunately, I'm already on a host of anti-depressant medications including lithium, effexor, seroquel and immovane. I am on high doses of all except the immovane, but none seem to be addressing my anxiety issues very well. Actually, they're not even keeping my depression in check very well and I've been off work since January because of depression and severely impaired cognitive funciton. I have seen a couple of US sites that sell Librium, however, they want detailed medical records from your treating physician, and considering my neuro prefers a wholistic approach, I highly doubt he would be willing to send the necessary info. Let's face it - if he was, he'd just prescribe it himself....<sigh>. Well, I guess all I can do is keep searching, although I'm still bummed about the three month membership fee I paid since it's probably not going to pan out for me. My friend's son's girlfriend, About the Librium, I don't think I have ever seen in on any of the op's websites. Have you thought about or discussed with your neuro about possibly an anti-depressent? Like zoloft or effexor? Maybe something in that category might help you more. I would talk to your doc first...he might not have a problem with prescribing something like that. Sorry I couldn't be much help, but Librium is such an "old school" drug, I'm not even sure if they make it anymore. Please take care and I hope you find something that will help you. Solara My family is the meaning of my life Author: lisaonthelakeshore Subject: Need help finding Librium Posted: Mon Sep 12, 2005 10:43 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 2 Hi there. I live in Canada and have MS. My MS has caused terrible depression and anxiety and I can barely even sleep for 2 or 3 hours at night. I live in a smaller city with only one neurologist serving the whole city and he doesn't believe it prescribing anti-anxiety meds! He thinks relaxation techniques and yoga are the answer. I agree - those are great things to try and help somewhat, but I recently had a conversation with a neuro who is a cousin of one of my friends and he said I would probably benefit from something like Librium. Does anyone know a good site that ships to Canada and perhaps even uses generics so they don't cost an arm and a leg? I'm on a fixed income, but I'm willing to pay to try and relieve some of this anxiety. So far, I have been very disappointed with what I've researched on here and haven't found any good sites yet. I have paid for a three-month subscription and now feel even more anxious that I've made a mistake and will never find somewhere to help me! If anyone has any suggestions or input to offer, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks so much. Afterwards, they end up switching back to the 10/325 or 7.5/750's. What works for one, does not for the other. Mitch, who answers my emails and phone calls, is FANTASTIC. I emailed him a question, and immediately, the doctor called me back. They are very easy going, they expl;ain things well ,and are very professional. My hubby is now going to start using them. When they say I will get my meds the next day, i do. They have never let me down. I highly recommend them. Prescription Drug Feed -
