Maybe that's the difference, because it definitely states on their site that as of Aug 1,2005 they are no longer using UPS. . . using DHL. Do people from different parts of the coutny get different information? I live on the West Coast. I betcha it's the refill versus new consulation issue. . Glad you got yours okay! I wanted to let you know that I received an e-mail this morning from NorcoWorldWide saying I was the winner of a free consult. I found this strange because I haven't used them in over a year. The e-mail said the offer was good until 8/26/05. I was going to e-mail them and see if I could use it after my last refill with another OP, but with all the postings I am afraid to even deal with them free or not. I was going to send them an e-mail and copy a few of the postings here so they could see what people have been saying about their crappy service. Has anyone got any advice for me???
