Jeff, are you the owner? When I hear of sites with GREAT customer service I like to check them out personally so as to be able to share with others. It helps to anticipate the amount of paperwork involved in the process of getting a consult. For example (since we are using YOD) they've got lots of paperwork to fill out, but I find it's worth it because their service is great so far. At times, posting your price list for meds we use as Hydro, Alprazolam, and the brand or generic names helps both newbies and oldies make the choice easier. Especially since you have a GREAT consult sale going on for our members now. Anyway, I welcome you to our home and wish you the best of luck!

I've dealt with YOD, which is supposed to be the best, but Burgundy blows them out of the water. They did everything they said they would and the way they have their site set up is very easy to use. It has a countdown of days to refill on all of your meds, then you just stick them in your cart and checkout.. They also offer the compound meds, which seem to work better and are much better on your liver than all the other stuff. Their prices are very good.. They also told me that the meds would ship the day after I ordered them, because it would take an extra day to make the compound medications. I ordered them the morning after the consult and they were here the next morning, first time anything has ever been early. The doc was extremely nice and caring. He actually took the time to explain treatment options and was just explained himself well.. They definitely don't act like they are doing you a favor, they treat you like a customer.. The people I dealt with on the phone were very nice too.. I would reccomend Burgundy to anybody with no hesitation.. It is just unusual to deal with someone who doesn't make everything a big pain in the *ss... Try them out and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about...
