I am planning a trip to Russia and beleive it or not actually have had to make my Visa arrangemnts around my refill dates. Well long story but short version is this, the confimred emails I got regarding my refill dates aren't worth a thing. I have spent thousands on dollars for this trip and will probably be stuck on a cramped flight for 26 hours and landing in a foreign country without my pain meds. Why do these customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you? I'm so angry today I could spit and wish Norco was out of business. They have totally messed up my vacation because of the games those kids over there play. When I tried to explain my situation to them after calling back they refer me to the last rep (Shawn) and say someone will get back to me. I hate this company.
