I second that. Tried to use them when I had
recent trouble w/ AmeriScripts (see my posts there), and nothing but
problems; couldn't get website up at times; circuits busy message
when calling C.S.; finally get through to a live body and they don't
know anything about anything, and that's after being on hold for 45
minutes! She said she was new but there was no one else there that
I could talk to either. Thank God it was toll free! Supposedly, the
Credit Card system downfor an upgrade and they no warning whatsoever
nor a date they'd be back up (HMMM, sounds familiar w/ same excuse
from AmeriScripts after I abandoned 1st Meds and tried them instead.)
and weren't offering COD either instead. Ridiculous business practices!
DON'T DO IT! RUN LIKE THE WIND!

Well, I told you I'd let you know what happened
w/ my order through this O.P. and let's just say it wasn't "painless"
by any means. Just to review, after calling them before registering,
during my consult, and same day after my consult to confirm delivery
by New Year's, I rec'd this message via email on 12/31 that their
Credit Card system was down, w/ no date as to when it would be up
and running again, thus all orders were on hold, unless you could
bust your butt and your pocket-book and overnight them a money order
at your expense. Althought they did give a very small discount for
the inconvenience. That didn't matter much when their late email notice
on 12/31 made it almost impossible to get a money order, express mail
envelope and stamp and get to a post office by last pick-up time,
as my husband, bless his heart, got to the only post office in a nearby
city open later on Sat than the one in our town and after arriving
2 minutes after pick-up was running after one lone mail truck behind
the post office pleading w/ the guy to take the Express mail; thankfully
he did. Well, after registering on 12/28, consult 12/29, promise of
#90 10/325 by 12/31, email on 12/31 that credit card was down and
no ship would happen, sent money order Express USPS (only option due
to holiday) 12/31, they rec'd 1/2 but didn't tell me they had (only
knew from my tracking number), closed until 1/4, talked to C.S. 1/4
promising next-day delivery via Fed Ex A.M. and to check website for
tracking info, early morning 1/5 couldn't log in at website w/ user
name and password w/ no explanation why, called C.S. 1/5 when opened
first thing AM and told website was being upgraded now too so that's
why I couldn't log in but my meds were shipped via Fed Ex for 1/5
A.M. delivery and gave tracking # over phone, no email sent w/ info
or phone call or anything. rec'd meds 1/5. Start to finish, 9 DAYS!!!!
The only thing good I can say about them is that the C.S. is always
prompt to answer the phone and very courteous. And they're there during
the hours posted on website. Also, they use Elite Pharm ONLY, so there's
no shuffling around from one pharm to the next for refills. Will I
order again from them? No, but I will get my remaining 2 refills,
as I paid for the consultation to get them in the first place! So
I'm kind of stuck on that point. Bottom Line: Pass them by and Use
a different OP!

my first time using this trying to find some hydrocodone for a bad
disc in my back...i thought seeing as it was a COD that i wouldn't
get ripped off, they had resonable pricing, and fed ex which took
about a week....when it finally came i had a money order for 155.00
i was going to check the pills first, but at the time, was busy, so
i just took them...when opening, i realized after looking at them,
that these where not watson/ or norco as they claimed, in fact, i
received a whole bottle of 500mg tylenol...i put a stop payment on
the money order and hope it works, i also sent letter letting them
know that they can't just rip you off like that. so beware, and if
anyone finds any decent sites because i have no medical records to
send..let me know...good luck...

Oh yeah, he prescibed #90, 10/325 w/ 2 refills.

Hi! I'm the Newbie who just posted about BH,
so I tried these guys yesterday. The customer service people were
prompt and nice, no long waits, courteous. They readily told me that
they use Elite in LA. and JenMar in FL. pharmacies, which I have checked
out myself and know that both of them are good. My records were sent
yesterday, an immediate email was sent w/ consult time (which you
must reply to, by the way, to confirm the consult or no consult call)
Doctor Schultz called today (He was rude, well grumpy, but still authorized
the meds. But he doesn't do re-consults, so don't ask, according to
him.) and the consult was about 4-5minutes, meds are supposed to be
arriving tomorrow. He assured me of that and Customer Service also
assure me of that; I asked both because I'm freaking out about not
getting meds before New Year's with the holiday shipping schedules
taking no pick-ups on Sat 12/31 (only deliveries) and taking Mon 1/2
off since New Year's is on a Sun. this year. But those dear souls
who bring us relief need some time off too, for real!
I'll let you know how the receipt of the meds goes.

I'm a newbie to the site (2 months), but not
to chronic pain, and I've been reading the boards on BH since I was
looking for a new OP and was very reluctant due to the recent troubles
they've obviously had! So I've been calling their Customer Service
number for a few days and it was busy all the time, like others had
said. But now there's an automated response saying that basically
that phone number has been done in, cancelled, nada anymore, ya catch
my drift? But here sits BH's website appearing and functioning too,
able and ready to fill rx's and consult requests. So, just in case
some of you were thinking of trying them anyway before the last posts
of caution, now you know to RUN! I won't bother w/ even looking at
that website again, even if they do "come back up." I had also heard
a rumor that Cyberscripts had taken over BH now? And I know they're
reputable! Anybody know if that rumor is true?
