    Hi Maty,
    I'm so sorry about your friend's experience with NWW and please tell her so. I hope that she found a good OP that treats her like a human being and with the respect she deserves. That's just horrible to dump someone who's been using them for a long time and then not even give them a reason why.

    I don't know what they're doing over there at NWW but it seems to me that they're losing slot of business by treating people like they are. I've been over on their forum reading from time to time and from what I can figure out, is if you're not a "moderator", which almost everyone that posts over there is, you don't get help. They get ALOT of complaint posts!! I don't know why they think their standards are any higher than any other OP...they all do the same thing. Right?

    Oh well, at least we have some great ones to use and we don't need NWW. That's the way I look at it. It's their loss!

    You take care and tell your friend to hang in there and lets try to get the chat going again. I'll be there tomorrow (Monday) night. K?

    Maty, did you actually call or did you try emailing the customer service reps? All I did was email, but three times. I hate being put on hold forever when I'm at work, so usually try to handle things vie email if I can.

    Hi just wanted to share something I found out last night:

    I was contated via email from a friend who had continued utilizing NWW after many folks here had problem. When we'd chat, she'd write stuff like, "I don't know what the issue/problem is with everyone else, but Norcoworldwide has been great to me."

    Well... guess they finally messed with/caught up to her last week. She was sad and upset. She posted NWW decided to say "NO" all of a sudden after years of doing business with her and NOT allow her another consult. She did not receive a reason yet, but said she asked. She was charged money for someone to review her records, and told me she supplied both old and new. She used NWW for Ativan/Alprazolam or one of those as she's not a pain patient, but has cronic panic attacks and anxiety and many medical records to prove it.

    Not sure how NWW picks/elects/selects folks they will or will not do business with now. I wish someone would find out more and let us know. I myself have not gone on their site for MONTHS now and don't know what's going on!

    Oh, and by the way: She gave me permission to share and post this for my Findrx group hopes of helping someone! Very Happy

    I do not like it when OP's shut down and recommened all their patients to just try one or two places! You are right by assuming thst the other OP then gets swamped, packed, and service is bound to go down.

    Even though I want the OP's business to thrive, I still consider BOTH great customer service skills and them having a connection to wonderful pharmacy w/ kind staff that answer phones personally...A VERY IMPORTANT QUALITY!

    Now with regards to Southwestmedical (might be just me) I have not noticed the level of customer service go down. They were nice as pie. Very Happy
