Author: maty Posted: Sun Aug 21, 2005 10:22 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 553 newtoatlanta, I do not like it when OP's shut down and recommened all their patients to just try one or two places! You are right by assuming thst the other OP then gets swamped, packed, and service is bound to go down. Even though I want the OP's business to thrive, I still consider BOTH great customer service skills and them having a connection to wonderful pharmacy w/ kind staff that answer phones personally...A VERY IMPORTANT QUALITY! Now with regards to Southwestmedical (might be just me) I have not noticed the level of customer service go down. They were nice as pie. I've never used Online-Scripts before and have never heard of Crown Pharmacy, but I think you should call them and complain and tell them that you're leaving negative feedback on them. As for NWW...they have really changed a lot!! I think the reason you only got 95 dollars back is because they charge a 25 dollar "registration" fee that is non-refundable no matter what. I know it sucks when you send your medical records to them and for some reason, they're not good enough. I haven't used them for a long time because of the hassle they put everyone through and I just don't have the time to waste on them when there are so many great OP's out there the really care about your pain and will accept your updated records. What you need to do is post your complaint with both OP's on their own threads so everyone will read it. Sorry again about your problems...you take care! solara My family is the meaning of my life Author: solara Posted: Sat Aug 20, 2005 11:53 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 55 Hi newtoatlanta! Thank your friend for the great feedback and thank you for posting it for her. I'm glad everything worked out for her and it's always good to know these things. Also, you should post on the thread (if there is one) about the OP that closed down. That would help a lot of people too. Anyway, thanks to you both again and take care!! solara My family is the meaning of my life Author: janicev Subject: Crown Point Pharmacy shorted me Norco ripped me off too Posted: Sat Aug 20, 2005 10:34 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 1 Has anybody been being shorted from Crown Pharmacy? They are who Online-Scripts use. I could tell as soon as I looked at the bottles they were short. !6 tabs of hdrocodone and 9 of Soma's. I will be calling first thing Mon. Also I had a consult set up with Norco last month on a Friday last consult of the day. they took the money out of my account before the consult. I waited and waited for the call and it never came.I then called them on Monday and they told me the Dr. is requesting updated med records before the will do a consult. Then they only returned 2 weeks later $95.00 of the $120.00 they took out of my Checking. They didn't even have the decentcy to call me or e-mail me to tell me they wanted updated med records. But they sure took that money out fast. Thay have lost me as a customer. Anybody else had similar probems Author: newtoatlanta Posted: Sat Aug 20, 2005 10:21 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 467 Anyone? I'd be interested to know too how one gets the compounded medication rather than the standard meds with rather high levels of acetimenophen. Author: newtoatlanta Subject: SWMG Posted: Sat Aug 20, 2005 10:18 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 553 HMM. I can't remember why I stopped using SWMG awhile back but I had used them. Didn't they go out of business or something for awhile? I have tried contacting them on three occasions via email to find out various things like what pharmacy, since I was a fomer member would I have to refax the entire file or only updates, etc. Not one of them has been answered. I figure that since PacificMD and one of the other OPs shut down and sort of "recommended" people use SWMG, they must be swamped. But if they don't answer, its not a good sign and I'm not in a hurry to try them out. Are people having good experiences with them? Author: newtoatlanta Subject: Todays Prescriptions Posted: Sat Aug 20, 2005 10:01 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 55 Sorry, me again. I had forgotten to add one thing. They do have two pharmacies but I don't recall what the other choice is. Anyway, she was told to call hers, Medicom RX around 4:00 pm to get her tracking number which she did. She said they answered the phone right away and were very nice. I'm sure some of you know that the pharmacy people can very rude and uncaring, acting like you are bothering them. Not Medicom RX! That's really it this time! Author: newtoatlanta Subject: TodaysPrescriptions Posted: Sat Aug 20, 2005 9:54 am (GMT -5) Topic Replies: 55 Somehow I just typed and deleted this! I'll try again. I'm posting for a fellow FRX member whose computer died but she wanted this feedback on the board asap. Her former OP disappeared off the face of the earth three weeks ago. She tried everything to see if she would be refunded for her consultation, prescription forwarded to another pharmacy, anything for what she paid. The emails went unanswered, the voicemails were always full and now, the website is down She was getting desperate as she was by now out of meds. I had read the recent posts about Todays Prescriptions and told her to give them a try. Here is her story: At around 8:30-9:00 am on Friday, she emailed their customer service to tell them what happened with her OP and asked if they could get her in that day and if their pharmacy could get her script out to her for Saturday delivery. Within minutes, Clare emailed her back and said NO PROBLEM ! She filled out their 8-page form and sent in 16 or so pages of records (she has two rather painful conditions) and Clare emailed her again to let her know they had been received, were sufficient and were on their way to the doctor. By 10:30 that morning the consult was complete and her prescription on the way to the pharmacy. Being an FRX member, she was able to use the $25 discount! Clare emailed her again to let her know everything had been done as she requested. She called me at 10:15 this morning (Sat.) to say the FedEx guy had just left and her prescription (for Watson brand!) came with 3 refills! It truly was 24 hour service. Now, I'm not saying everyone will have the exact same experience she did, but as she stated, Clare was absolutely fabulous to work with and their service one of the best she had ever worked with. So if you are looking to change, based on her experience, I would give them a try. I know I will!
