Hey guys,
I don't think i would risk it either, only because my local pharmacy
i don't think would let it fly.BUT just a FYI for anyone that dosent
know a doctor IS ALLOWED to give meds (INCLUDEING NARCS.) to a payient
from another state for THREE months which i think is mostly for people
relocating or-out of town.I know this because YEARS ago and up until
latley MY doc.(before cutting me off)use to call them into another
state pharmacy when I visted my family for 4-6 weeks at a time during
the summer.IT WAS NOT ANY PROBLEM AT ALL.As a matter of a fact my
doctor is the one that told me because i wanted to fill before i left
and he said just call from where you are and i'll take care of it
( AND HE DID).
(JUST A FYI FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW THAT)

What a total joke of a business model. The
whole point of this system is to eliminate the hassle of dealing with
going to the pharmacy and sometimes the nonsensical harrassment that
comes with it. Not to mention the fact that I can't think of any pharmacy
that would take a script for Norco from a different state without
some type of suspicion, which means harrasment for the script holder.
I'm glad you guys posted about their change on the forums here, because
I would have totally missed it.

Hey guys,
My exper. was almost the same.I didn't ask for any amount and figured
I
talk to the doctor about that. But i never got that far., i guess
you only talk to nurse and she gives everything to doc.I will say
i didn't get my meds the next day because the one pham was OUT and
when I called they informed me my meds were re-routed to another pham. And
they use three different ones.My doc is Dr. Miles and pham is newcare
home health.
And they ONLY use fedex(sorry I'm ups girl) they have always been
GREAT. And I did fine out with these guys you can call and get your
tracking # instead of waiting for a e-mail or waiting by my the pc
for anything.
I hope this helps mary, and good luck
jan

Hi Yorkie!
I can't remember what the consult price was, since I did a couple
of months ago, but they gave me 90 10/325. I am not sure if that is
as high as they go or not. I asked for 120, but they said for my condition
they only prescribe 90. The pharmacy name on my bottle is Newcare
Home Health in Baltimore MD. The lady I spoke to on the phone was
not the actual Dr. (She said she was a nurse). She told me that she
would take down all of my info and get it to the doctor to review.
The Dr.'s name on the bottle is Dr. Juan Ibanez. The pills are Watson
brand and the lady I spoke with was nice enough. She basically just
confirmed everything I had put down on the online questionaire and
that was it. I hope this help. The website above isn't working because
there is no .com at the end. The actual website is www.epainmedsglobal.com.

Can you tell us how much the consult was and
do they prescribe 120 pills since alot of the op's are not going higher
than 90 because of some new law. Also what is the doctor's name and
was he/she pleasant to talk to?Do you know the pharmacies that they
use?. I see in your posting you got 60 norco. Is that what you asked
for or is that all the doctor would prescribe? Sorry about all the
questions, but I think it helps people when they are trying to decide
on an op. What website did you go to to reach them. I clicked on the
link listed in the first posting on this thread and it says it doesn't
exist.
