Not only is their doctor great (and will take the time to actually listen and answer any questions) but their customer service is the best!. I cannot praise their kindness enough. I once sent them an email just to thank them for their excellent service and they immediatly replied back just to thank me for the kind words. I have never had any problems with them, the doctor or their pharmacy. So for anyone that is looking for a reliable OP to help manage their cronic pain, like me, I would highly recommend using SWMG.
