    These folks have not let me down yet. I always make sure to write down and ASK for what brand I want. I happen to like WATSONS. Others have their favorite generic or want to use the name brand. As long as one does not forget to ask...they have always sent me what I like.

    Hi!

    I just had my consultation and so far so good! I faxed them my records around 10 this morning and immediately received an email with my log on information. When I logged on I noticed that all of the consultations for today were unavailable so I scheduled one for tomorrow, but sent the customer service an email asking for any opening that my come up today. The doctor called me at 1PM today and was friendly, quick, and asked me what I wanted and how many. I was able to select credit card payment for the consultation and pharmacy, but I have not yet received a shipping confirmation to confirm this. They advised me that those emails come out later in the day. So far, I am very pleased and I will post again when I receive my shipping confirmation and meds tomorrow. Now I just have to make it through the night! Crying or Very sad

    Due to NWW being unable to deliver, I requested a consult with MNW over the weekend and just faxed my docs this morning. Hoping to get a consult today since I'm Leaving the country on Wed. and need meds before I go. If this works out, I'll need to hold nww - but I'll update here on how the process went.

    I would ask nww if they can guarantee delivery tuesday customer service is 863-294-9551.You can reset your password by going to members page and follow the "Forgotten password" ques. It is below the log on area. It will ask you your email address then just follow instructions. I would request a new consult w/your on line doctor instead. I trust them better They have paper work to fax w/records and dl license but they are on top of things and rush appts are usually available..they look at their faxes and emails over the weekend alot you can ask for a rush and email that you did all the paperwork after you do it explain why you need a rush briefly send in everything they need. Use woody's for great service reliable from the pharmacy and you can track your order with ups pm me for more info. Nww may come thru but you can put the script for yod on hold till next time.

    I ordered my refill today (Sat) and was told they are using a new pharmacy so there will be a delay in sending the order (with no other info). I tried to email "patty" but they want my user id and i've got no idea what it is since my system was set up to send me to the members page automatically - I'm leaving the country on wed the 16 and won't be back till 12/8 - I'm starting to freak out - Would anyone suggest I get a new consult with someone else (and if so, who) or will this cause problems because I'm in nww's system. Please HELP. I can fax records tomorrow so theoretically I could have a consult mon am with a fedex ship on Tues.

    Please login to the public chat room upon entering the members area, you can minimize the window and continue what you were doing. There are always some people online so this would cause the chat to be filled 24/7.

    In addition to attending the chat using the 'search' button on top of this page will do miracles if you try to find an answer to a question. My dad always said: 'you won't be the first person to have this problem'. Please do a search on the forum or if you can't find the answer you are looking for register on this forum and make a post in public so we may use questions and answers on this forum for future referrence.
